1. The antioxidant effect of sunflower seed oil

Medium and high doses of sunflower seed oil and hydrocortisone have a good inhibitory effect on xylene induced ear swelling in mice; Low, medium, and high doses of sunflower seed oil can significantly inhibit paw swelling in rats caused by egg white, especially with high doses having the best effect, lasting for more than 6 hours, and its effect is similar to that of hydrocortisone.

4. The cholesterol and lipid-lowering effects of sunflower seed oil
